If Gen 10 is also coming out this year, then it will definitely also be on the Switch. Nintendo is doing "showcase" events with this through at least May so the console isn't coming out until June at the earliest, That's not enough time for it to make sense to put Pokémon on it yet.
It is possible that Gen 10 might not come out this year. ZA is definitely not coming out in January like Legends Arceus did, and Pokémon Day is a full month before Nintendo is doing their Switch 2 Direct. ZA getting properly revealed at the same time as Gen 10 would be awkward for marketing, and they both have to avoid the Switch 2's launch window. A reasonable decision could have been made to just let ZA be the big title this year ahead of the new console, and to make Gen 10 a cross-gen title once the Switch 2 has established itself. I don't think they'd make it Switch 2 exclusive even if it comes out next year, the 150 million install base is too good to pass up and Game Freak has traditionally been slow to adopt new consoles (though this would be the first time three Gens have shipped on the same system).
