I have no idea how you guys do it, the moment I see one single instance of style clash, weirdly fluid menus or any other slight audio or visual inaccuracy, I just seize up. This series has been around for over two decades with countless leaks, dumps, archives and has actual access to resources not meant to be handled by anyone other than the developers. Reverse engineering so efficient that the very source of code of Pokemon generations can be played, modified, and preserved for ACTUAL generations to come; how do you fuck it up this badly? At what point do you decide to add shields, or mix sprites from generations without even considering how gauche the whole thing looks? Why is there no quality control? Some of these people spend YEARS writing or conjuring up mixel abominations for these programs. How are they not autistic enough to see when something is so blatant, so patently wrong? Jesus

there was already a sidequest battle which used pokemon at the level cap, albeit I think she only used four mons
admittedly I can't remember if electric cheerleader from reborn started the player off with level capped gym battles though

think I'm done with this one. forcing crafting on you and then having limited gathering chances, the fact gathering can fail, you can't craft antidotes and they cost 1000 each, it's mental. and because the first aid is based on "effort points" instead of uses you can recharge it quickly becomes another one of those games where you're running back and forth to the PC, especially if your pokemon is poisoned. worse then alden similarties it feels like I'm playing fucking shitstones or vanguard. the most damning thing I can say is that while alden actively tried to blind me I finished it, I can't take this one anymore though. quality of life is not a concept this game grasps
