Male Meowstic is a Prankster user, you can never go wrong when you have access to priority Heal Bell and dual screens on top of moves like Fake Out.
Female Meowstic gets Competitive, which can give her some great momentum for her role as a special attacker and compliments Cosmic Power as an alternative to Calm Mind, but I prefer Infiltrator so she can immediately threaten anything that's already behind a substitute and fire off a spiteful Thunder Wave that can't be blocked by an opponent without also being vulnerable to Energy Ball or another coverage move.
Both cats are versatile enough that an opponent can't predict what they're going to do, but they're let down by having a stat spread that is just okay for a 2-stage line. If they debuted one or two generations later, they'd have been minmaxed to hell and back to really punch above their 466bst.
