how? literally they have been trying to either reboot or cut transfer since Gen 3. if there are too many pokemon they had various means and attemtps to mitigate this: Future Proofed 3D models (which they did do, according to rumors that got lost and the whole project went up in smoke). Regional varients instead of a gazillion "new" mons also makes sense.

yeah, this is faggy. if you are gonna tell me that I cant bring my fucking Heliolisk, a Desert living lizard that is NATIVE to a land just north of the current region, but somehow there are Grubbin here, a Pokemon endemic to Alola whose entire Ecosystem is rare and unique to it, even spawning multiple themes about invasive species wiping it out then make it make sense for fucks sake. I could Excuse starters, Pikachu, and hell even Ralts line as some pet trade bullshit but some choices just hurt to look at logically. and dont tell me that fucking Vikavolt is flying across the pacific, then Western USA and then across the atlantic all the way to fucking Paldea, or god forbid stows away somehow on a cargo ship like Alola has anything to import that we would not see a big ass bug stowing away, or worse they don't have pokemon for sniffing out stow aways IN ALOLA specifically because of Invasive species.
