Yeah, I was a kid and didn't know the mechanics behind rollout.

As a kid, yeah, it's not that surprising. Good speed + flinch chances from Stomp + Attract + Milk Drink made it a decent hurdle to overcome. But once you know what to expect and what to do, no, she isn't as difficult as people make her out to be.

I was a dumb kid and the strat I used was paralyze the Miltank with Mareep/Flaaffy then wear it down with damage or stat decrease from the rest of my team, with the starter coming last to finish the job. Never really got why so many hyped her up even as a kid. A good challenge, but nothing rage-inducing.
