Unless you are talking why game freak didn't make future Keldeo. Because of anti mythical bias. Not only you are a rare Pokemon. Not only you basically can't be used through a play through or in battle facilities at all. You also can't get new forms. This shit sucks.
I hope the Mega-Zeraoa leak thing is real so I can use a mythical in the game for once
