>>57252460>What would your ideal pokemon game look like?my ideal pokemon game would feature Xenoblade-style open zone gameplay, bonus points if it's also made by Monolith (not gonna happen but a guy can dream) in a similar more cartoony/celshaded artstyle
>What region would you base it in? South Korea
>What will the game title names be? Legendaries?didn't think that far desu
>What will the gimmick be? pokemon have a second secret ability, programmed per-species like Hidden Abilities, some of them could be the same as the hidden ability while others might not be, the gimmick activates this pokemon's secret ability, except it exists alongside the pokemon's current ability, giving them two abilities at once
you could do silly shit like
>Huge Power + Speed Boost Azumarill>Sturdy + Levitate Magnezone>Justified + Rattled Lucarioetc etc
>Starters? Evil team? again I also didn't think about this too hard, I would probably make a setting similar to Sword and Shield where pokemon battling is treated more like a sport, to reference S.Korea's esports scene, except it would actually factor into the plot in that the evil team is a corrupt esports organization rigging matches in favor of their leader so that he can get the favor of the box legendary (pokemon battles are seen as a sort of "ritual" to appease the legendary which is why they're so uniquely important)
>What additional features would your game have?the game's flagship city would automatically connect to the internet and show other players who are also present in the same city, more or less like an MMO, also to reference Korea's love of MMOs. It would also contain facilities to do all sorts of multiplayer content including co-op
