Maybe instead of deleting moves, Game Freak could, I don't know, just rework them? Let's having a fixing bad moves and abilities thread!

>Electrify
The next move used by the target is still turned into an Electric-type move, but this now spreads out to both opponents on Electric Terrain. Also, if the target is a Steel or Water type, this move ADDS the Electric type to them similar to the move Trick-or-Treat. This move also doesn't affect Ground-types and will activate Lightning Rod, etc. Now this move might see a little bit more use?

>Ion Deluge
Still has +1 priority, but works differently now. This move used to turn all Normal-type moves used on that turn into Electric-type moves, but that is no longer how it will function. Instead, it gives all Electric-type Pokemon on the field the Charged status and increases the accuracy of all Electric moves used on that turn. Pokemon with Lightning Rod, etc. will also have their abilities proc. If used on Electric Terrain or during Rain, this also buffs the SpDef of all Electric-types +1. Also, on the turn this is used the move Electro Shot is instantly charged. To prevent all of these effects from snowballing, Ion Deluge cannot be used twice on the same turn or on two consecutive turns (some message about the "charged air particles" or whatever).

>Magnetic Flux
Now as long as ANY Plus or Minus Pokemon is on the field, this move gives the +1/+1 Def/SpDef buff to those Pokemon and the user regardless of the user's own ability. This also has a new quirk where if the user or their ally have Plus, any Pokemon on the field with Minus will receive a -1/-1 Def/SpDef debuff, and the reverse is also true.
