I like Dodrio because it is a bird without wings and yet can still learn Fly. I'm more drawn to esoteric bullshit like that than anything conventional. In XY I used a Drifblim instead of a bird to fly around too.

Dodrio has the highest attack out of all of the kanto flying pokemon that can actually use the HM fly. Fearow and Pidgeot are trash

Main issue with Dodrio (and a lot of others) is that you cant get it until pretty late, so not exactly a playthrough mon

alright here's a better example grumpig isn't bad but you probably wouldn't use one making it a D-tier pokemon unlike Volbeat/illumise who have zero use making them F-tier pokemon
