Yanma is so rare that the officials can’t supply any for the contest (hence why

Also since Scyther is needed to get to Scizor, in the context of GSC Scyther is Johto enough to count. And yes I also consider something like Misdreavus to count as a Sinnoh mon in the context of DPP)
