Still works if loaded from Nintendon't on a hacked Wii. Just need the GCN-GBA cable.
>Manaphy (DPPt, HGSS, PLA)Egg from Pokemon Ranger. Don't worry if your copy's was already claimed. It's just a single flag on the save file that can easily be reset using 3DS homebrew. Alternatively, you could play Ranger on a flashcart. There are also pre-completed saves with the egg ready for transfer.
In PLA, the quest is available after clearing Cobalt Coastlands and reaching Rank 5. Necessary info is in BDSP, but you don't really need the game if you read the solution online. Level 50, accompanied by three Phione in the mid 30s.
>Victini (BW)Liberty Ticket event after the second gym. Level 15. Get it by using the DNS exploit to access a fan server.
>Keldeo (BW), Genesect (B2W2)Not catchable, but these both had level 15 distributions. Again, DNS exploit.
>Celebi (Crystal 3DS)GS Ball is available in Goldenrod after clearing the Johto League, so this can only be used for the Kanto part of the game. Level 30.
>Mew, Jirachi (BDSP)Save data gifts in Floaroma Town. Very low level and have your OT. Mew is for LGPE and Jirachi is for SwSh.
>basically anything from GO (Gen VIII+)Typically around the Level 15-20 range when transferred straight to Home. Uses your Home OT, so they're treated as outsiders in-game. Includes stuff you can't otherwise have low level, like Darkrai.
To transfer a legend/mythical from GO, the save file must already have that species registered as caught.
