I highly doubt that any Pokmon that have a mega evolution will be cut from PLZ-A when the mechanic's return was teased in a way that frames it as its "big return", which makes me certain that all of them are returning in this game. This isn't like Let's Go when it was only off-handedly mentioned in the marketing.

Yep, if anything, I can see this as an attempt to unfuck the mega lore since ORAS' release (Journeys ignored what ORAS said about the phenomenon to toe the XY lore line). Meaning all ORAS megas and the two Not! Megas in the box legends' Primal reversion forms will return.

The Latis mega forms appeared in XY too son. Just because they never made a rehash including all them in Kalos doesn't mean they're not going to appear in L: Z-A.
