When I was a really young kid and played Pokemon Black for the first time I didn't know how to pass Nimbasa city and instead of beating Elesia like a dumbass I did the contests over and over again thinking that was how you progressed the game because that's where you met Bianca. I didn't even find them fun I was just legitimately stuck and couldn't figure out how to pass either bridge to the east or west.
