my first playthrough I did Serperior (which absolutely sucked), Gothitelle (had to get it traded; now, I don't think I even like it), Stoutland (decent but objectively bland), Golurk (now I don't even think it genuinely looks like a Pokemon), and Hydreigon (which I had to dump all my rare candies into to overlevel the fuck out of it past the rest of the team just to get to play with it before the credits, when Gay Freak just let Gheysis cheat one out for free)
that's just 5, some of which I don't know if I even like anymore, and at least 1 of which I now know is an active handicap to take
were I to replay, I'd pick Seismitoad and Cryogonal for sure, as I like them, but outside of them it's slim pickings
