There's a specific Japanese voice actress I think would sound perfect on him, I heard her voice clips on her agency site and one of them is exactly what I imagine Kiki would sound like. I can reupload the audio if you want, it sadly got replaced.
In any case, If he does end up being voiced, I hope the VA is a woman and doesn't sound too screechy/high-pitched.
