Triples and Rotations were introduced the way they should have been. Which is the same as how Doubles were. False equivalence to the Maison being terrible by lagging the game and being easier than any battle facility before it due to terrible AI
The game doesn't handwave the moral dilemma.. BW2 ends it off on an uneasy peace where we put up with pokeballs for now because there's no alternative, but they're not ideal and we should strive to a better future without them. That's a big risk to paint the literal symbol of the series as a cause of pain to many pokemon
