India proper, Taj Mahal et al, was built by whites who emigrated from the steppes of Scythia.
Just take a walk (virtually, please) through their places of worship, every statue depicts white people with blonde hair and blue eyes.
There's a lot of potential in an Indian pokemon region, but it will never be met because Pokemon Company is fully embroiled with race swindling consultancy groups who would make them unironically include stuff like the video of the guy cutting meat with his feet for no reason.
