Persian, maybe? It doesn't really fit the look I feel but a decent chunk of its dex entries mention attacking people for little to no reason and just being generally violent. Though they did that already in Alola.

Persian is probably just trying to play with people and accidentally hurting them. Meowth has retractable claws while Persian doesn't. Wouldn't be surpised if it's trying to jump onto people's heads to sleep like cats liek to do or something and accidentally hurting them. Alolan Perisan is an actual asshat who hurts and pounces on people to hurt them.

Primeape is honestly a better fit for Dark than Fighting. Though they somewhat "fixed" by giving it a Ghost-type evo, which is a very similar type to Dark.

the extra STAB is always worth it on offensive Pokemon, only in very rare cases is a dual typing detrimental

I used to think Arbok being dark was a dumb idea, I support it now tho. A huge part of Arbok is how they use the scary face on the cobra hood to catch prey. They use intimidation and fear itself as an underhanded battle tactic to unfairly gain the upper hand, that's 100% a dark type thing to do
