Nice to see they are upholding to that policy. imagine having perfect surface, perfect centering, everything right but a white chip in the corner.
BGS would even give that a 10. but now PSA is pretending like they were always black label quality.
Especially when you know the standards for a 9 is a 70/30 centering. or multiple white chips on the backside or multiple scratches. why should your card be in the same league as these cards? it is truly too good to be a 9.
should have bought a black label if you wanted only the best of the best. but I just want a 10, and 1 minor defect shouldn't disqualify its IMO
All the more reason why what I would declare 10's, and what PSA use to call 10's, all of a sudden were 9's due to the policy change
