Anyone else feels like an end of service announcement is close for pokemon bank?

Im transferring some pokemon before it’s too late i don’t think i got enough time to finish my ribbon master but i wanna have a pokemon with at least 1 ribbon from each region (except unova because it doesn’t have any)my living dex is like 90% done i got everything i wanted from gen 1-4 and only missing some pokemon from gen 5-7, the dexcut really made me play pokemon less and to be honest im not even sure i wanna complete the living dex since a lot of pokemon will just end up stuck in home
