i remember it was 2022 - pokemon were popular but still not like today. It was an echo of 2020 Logan Paul craze.
And Pokerev was sitting for many hours on a stream chasing Aerodactyl V and getting mad when he was getting ANOTHER GIRATINA instead of aerodactyl v which was harder to pull than a chase card.
This whole thing made Aerodactyl an expensive card and made Lost Origin more elite of a set.

All those boomers that left pokemon cards when we were during bear market 2023-2024 feel so stupid now.
They all just abandoned their channels because all they cared about were money while others decided to stay despite abysmal viewcount.
And now it's hype again and i see some of those boomers returned but nobody cares anybore because youtube algorithms think it's a dead channel
