I bought BD a few years ago, then stopped playing around the second badge because it was boring. Now a friend has started playing pokemon for the first time ever, and it's pearl. I really want to play with him so that if he likes the game, he'll play the better ones from the ds/gba era.
Anyway, as I started my playthrough again, I noticed I have a scyther. I got it in the grand underground. I checked online, you can't get certain pokemon before natdex and he's one of those. How the fuck did I catch it? Can I catch other natdex exclusive pokemon before league?
