The first gbc TCG was great, I think I tried the second but it was fan translated and it just seemed more the same? Was it better mechanically? More cards? I know team rocket was involved or whatever

I've never played the sequel but I do know that when you go to Team Rocket Island, the duels have deck restrictions and there's a challenge mode at the end. I'll definitely be having a look at it over the weekend.

I was working on the first game a while back but the only way I could find to do it was using mGBA and "printing" them and then saving each individual card.
