But holy shit, Typhlosion would get death penalty or life in prison even if he were acquited on most accounts. Being deprived of a mega evolution is NOTHING for what he has done:

I don't even know how to even defend him. He is a monster. Only a handful of real life cases even ressemble this. Few people are this evil.
