Mega is better than regional evo in virtue of keeping at least the new moves added to its arsenal.

Megas won't be limited to 1 at a time you will be able to mega a entire team if you wanted, With how fast the mega bar goes down in combat imagine if you could only do it for around 20 seconds then had to walk or fast travel to the Pokemon center to recharge it every time, Fuck no they are doing that it will recharge on the spot allowing multi uses if enough time passes.
