Also the janitors weren't gay so they allow the games to have about 1% of non-gay content by still being a part of the team. Over the years, they were promoted from janitor to lead game developer. So, that's why the games seem basically 99% gay now and why they're full of glitches and seem like they were created over the span of a just few months in unity by a groomed gradeschooler in their spare time - it's because the main developers started out as janitors and the rest of the team is gay. Some of the current team for gen 10 actually also started out at the company as janitors a few years ago during gen 8 and now they're some of the main developers. But they're gay.
