You can love a weak Pokemon, that's fine. There's plenty of fully evolved Pokemon that are my favorites.
But you cannot deny when a bad Pokemon is objectively bad. And there is nothing wrong with wanting it improved.
You may feel like it's "perfect" the way it is design-wise, sure, that's a matter of personal taste.
But its movepool, ability, and stats are garbage and that cannot be denied.
You can enjoy the "challenge" of using bad Pokemon, sure.
But again, refusing to admit or want improvements is just a hipster contrarian take.
In the end, Meganium will either get a regional form or a Mega. The base form will likely remain unchanged aside from a few new moves.
