after your other two run-ins with him building up his power throughout the rocket sub-plot, the build up as your clear his swath of underlings for the third time and he slowly, finally moves into your view, and the fact that he absolutely does not fuck around(again, in yellow lol), makes his role to neatly wrap up both plots at the same time you've been following throughout your adventure before moving on to your final challenge really satisfying.
