>>57534490No, that was the retards who bought horse armour in 2006 for Oblivion. Of all the cunts to do DLC, Game Freak are actually one of the better sorts, seeing as they started off by saying they were basically rehash replacements and keeping them at cheaper-than-DS games price. And comparing rehash content addition (and no, RNG halls aren't "thousands of hours content" because we all know the number of people playing comp on SV is dwarfed by the number of people who bought SV by several factors) to DLC content addition outright makes DLC a better deal, than buying the same game with 10-15% "new" shit (read on-cart content locked as distribution fodder from the first game on the Generation, if they even distribute it for the first games *coughtsecretkeyoak'slettermembercardcough*), given it's wholly new content.
There are shitheads ruining adult gaming. But as Game Freak make games for children, they're not going to go full--vulture with their DLC. Still going to make it attractive to kids and worth the price-point. Which includes adding a badass strong legendary for the climax of its story parts to catch.
