Back then i did not know that it would only spawn at night, i searched on Route 7 during hours and never found it. Was really frustrating. Same in FR/LG, Rocket are using it in the post game but you couldn't find it in the wild for some reason... The first game where Houndour is available before the post game is fucking Platinum. And even in newer games it has a garbage distribution, in Gen 6 it was exclusive to X and only found on a single route.
