The only rules I abided by
Make sure the Pokemon would be legal in a gen 9 national dex AG game
Make sure the Pokemon fit the monotype (with the exception of dragon because there are literally only 2 dragon type lines even with the expanded limitations.)
The Pokemon (outside of potential rematches) are limited to Kanto and mostly Johto mons with the exception of regional variants and cross gen evolutions.
Keep duplicates to a minimum
All moves and mons are allowed so long as they're legal and within the previous rules stated.

Other than that I didn't take things too seriously and just fucked around like a complete retard so try not to get your panties in a twist over this updated league, I just wanted to modernize the Johto league and make it as difficult as I can under the limitations stated above. Literally anything is better than the teams HGSS and GSC had as much as I like the Johto games. So yeah, tell me what you think, I would not be surprised if you hated it though, I was smoking crack and having too much fun when I made this. So r8, h8, masturb8!
