Throat Chop every other turn starting from the first to keep it silenced, Bulldoze after its Flame Charges to remove the speed buff, Screech to lower its defense if the barrier isn't up, Tera-Earthquake for damage. And make sure Arboliva isn't present because Grassy Terrain weakens your Earthquake. Here's a Skill Swap Golduck that can solo Skeledirge too:

Very straight-forward, Skill Swap then Amnesia a bit to buff until it stops using special attacks, then just build up Tera then buff a bit with Amnesia and max Nasty Plot after it removes buffs then tera-Water Surf spam. Intimidate/Arboliva/Bellibolt NPCs are handy.

Not too different from the way Golduck worked but easier since it has more bulk, just Skill Swap and Iron Defense a bit, build up tera then max Iron Defense and Nasty Plot after it removes your buffs then tera-psychic Stored Power spam. Intimidate allies/etc handy.
