Jasmin - Already wears sandals and probably walks on the beach a lot so probably barefooter already.
Whitney - She and the lasses and beauties of her gym can have fun with pedicures and she and her girls would want to show off her pedicures to boys along with cute sandals they buy to show them off.
Misty - Already wears sandals in HGSS and is probably barefoot a lot from her swimming.
Claire - Could be bought that ancient dragon tamers would not wear shoes to be at one with nature and would toughen her up from all the rock climbing she could do.
Maylene - Natural barefooter. I am convinced that someone at GameFreak had a foot fetish. She mentions her bare feet all the fucking time and even tries to convince your character of its health benefits.
Fantina - Helps with her contests. Distracts both her opponents and some of the judges give her higher scores since looking at her feet. Probably does a mean french pedicure too.
Sabrina - Psychics are barefoot in a lot of other sprites and poke media. She probably could embrace her lifestyle of being one at nature like Erika and enhancing her psychic powers.
Candice - Too cold at Snowpoint but she is good friends with Maylene. Via some prodding from Maylene and the concept of barefooting being so unique to her she would probably love to let her feet free.
Gardenia - Same reason as Erika. Grass gym leader and also she loves woods and gardening. Having a barefoot romp in her own garden gym or even eterna forest would do her some good.
