max XXL size in GO is (~) 1.55x, 1.75x, or 2.05x depending on the species. I've never actually seen a list of which mons get which multiplier though, though in general I think larger mons tend to get smaller ones since, well its gamefuck.
Even the smallest one is notably a whole lot bigger than XXXL in SV though.
Also legendaries in SV are size-locked (because gamefuck), but obviously not in GO.
