Hell, we do the act same sting in English. "girl" should only refer to under 18 but in practice is used to refer to women up into their mid 30's.
also most of the noncon stuff was just people filling in ambiguous elements. Apparently the berry thing was ripped off from a Native American myth and it was just the Typhlosion telling the woman which berries are safe to eat. And it couldn't have done stuff to her while sleeping because it fell asleep along with her and her waking up first is an important plot point since that's how she sees through the disguise.
There was some mindfuckery going on with initial headtap, and it still kept her away from everyone she knew, so its not like the typhlosion was some guardian angel, and regardless of the use of magic or the old fashion way it still got her pregnant, but it still leans more on being a romance with a skewed power dynamic than a rape pasta.
But that aside, it's painful how so few people care about the actual content of the story

I feel Game Freak should have known certain stuff wasn't appropriate for children before putting pen to paper, but they did realize it hence why none of it is actually canon The hacker just undid one of the few times game freak used common sense and Pokefans being uniquely retarded used to cancel a cartoon badger (the kicker is a cartoon pig and cartoon sloth did the same exact thing but the lynch mob didn't care)
