There're a lot, but off the top of my head: Snover. It's a cutie, but since it's an ice type it's usually obtained late game where it'll evolve after one or two level ups

yeah it might be good if he turned into an even bigger geodude/graveller, but having some pokemon change a bit more unpredictably, like golem, keeps the dex more interesting.
