Age is a retarded concept for a drawn fictional character for any legal concepts. I mean it's retarded anyway to classify it as CSAM to begin with.
The point of those laws is to protect victims and minors, actual real people.
There's also the thing of you potentially being charged with CP if you had taken images of yourself before turning 18 and kept them. The law would then be persecuting the same minor in the images it is designed/supposed to protect.
