How would you do a Unova revisited? Every since Black and White 1, there have been nothing but expansion to the region. You have Black and White 2 with new gyms and the pokestar studio and now you have the Blueberry academy. How would you add all of this in one game? Would a Legend game work?

I had an idea for a game where the Entralink would have a more central role in the story. As a result, there'd be routes connecting it to Nimbasa and Opelucid. The Route 4 and Desert Resort would get more expansions. Additionally there'd be a new route and dungeon that connects Mistralton to Anville Town.

looking at the map, it's silly that there's no direct path between Drifteil City and Virbank City lol. I could imagine a cave path being added in a future game that connects the two places.

One of my biggest dreams that i know would never happen, is an alternative sequel to pokémon black and white that explores an Unova where N did defeat the player, and thus Team Plasma managed to force everyone to free their pokémon and now rule over the regione by proxy of being the only "legal" trainers.

I unironically love gen 5 but the entralink is easily the most forgettable and poorly implemented content in Unova, that empty space can be used better.

Ditch Entralink concept entirely and make the middle of the region an actual explorable wilderness area, ideally with entry points around the entire region. Done.

Yeah I like ideas like this. I really liked how BW2 made Castelia Sewers and Relic Passage (the name implies it was some sort of ancient escape route but I digress) to make an alternate way to connect castelia, drift veil, and the desert.
If I were in charge of BW3 I'd make a bunch of things like this. I'd also connect Wellspring Cave to the Abundant Shrine Area, as well as connect the areas on both sides of the Entralink with some sort of route system. It would just further solidify the insane exploration of the region we already had, with shit like Clay Tunnel and NE Unova.

i also really loved how many secondary paths were added in B2W2 that further connect the region. It solifies the them of the games being about connections, and how thanks to pokémon things in Unova only get better

there are some liberties between the in-game map and the sketched map, so they aren't THAT close lol. it would need to be at least a tiny route or cave

Hard agree. That would make the map even better like how the whole Lentils Area did in BW2.

Either that or expand the region to either the west or the south by curving the unseen land into a bay, kinda like how Johto did for Kanto.

I think those are just meant to be irrigation regulators for those two canal/rivers. The river on the right that empties into the ocean starts out as just this tiny thing all the way up north and widens enough for how it looks when you go on the royal unova.

How's this that I found? Newer south Areas are magnified on the right.

Bay's kinda big but they could fill it with some islands, pad it out with soaring from ORAS on your Dragon, surfing from USUM with....whatever surfmon ideally, and maybe even the blueberry academy.
no ice areas in the south for obvious climate reasons. I'd still reduce the bay and connect it more with the main map. remove that rightmost new land area and just bridge the south area to castelia's islands. they could make Burnett professor of that south area. fuck it, call it alleos like the beta name for unova.

I happen to be a poke park 2 fan as well so one of those south locations having that continuous area map/layout would satisfy me because I like their vibes, but they could make a lot more happen down here

Great work anon, even if you didn't draw it. I'd prefer they refine the stop their dealing with and maximize explorable area they've got. Maybe even a storyline about you creating these new areas via excavation and expansion while preserving pokemon wilds.

Literally doesn't feel like NY at all except for when you cross the bridge and can see the buildings in the distance

What they're doing with legends now should've been done for unova where the city is expanded and growing
And there's all the empty space to the north so it makes sense for development to be happening
