For instance, Max Atk would be more useful than Max defenses unless it learns 0 Physical moves outside of Struggle. Or Max Speed would always be useful unless your ability is Stall (that one ability Sableye had) so your speed stat is now detrimental.

HP: 1 (Hardcoded to 1 like Shedinja)
Atk: 255 (Learns no Physical attacks)
Def: 1
SpA: 1
SpD: 87
Spe: 255 (Only ability is Stall)
This is the least useful distribution of 600 BST.
1 HP (Shedinja) means Def and SpD are only useful for Substitute and Guard Split stuff.
255 Atk with no physical attacks means you maximize the damage Foul Play and Confusion do. Only useful way to use your Atk is with Power Split/Swap, and for Struggle.
255 Speed means nothing when you have Stall, meaning all your moves go last anyways, and you take more damage from Gyro Ball (more common than Electro Ball). Only useful with support and for Slowturns (assuming you can even survive a hit from anything).
1 SpA so among the Special moves you can learn, you will always deal terrible damage.
Rest is dumped into SpD since SpD is the least useful stat without accounting for movepool or abilities. It’s also nearly worthless because of the Shedinja HP you have.
Also the cap for stats is 255, even on non-HP stats. Eternatus Eternamax has 250 Def/SpD which is higher than 248. Anon only said its that cap because of overflow, which is only useful for Def/Spd (when you have more HP than Shedinja that is)
