I hatched a shiny onix accidentally.
Didn't have 0 speed, but the other IVs were perfect so I kept it and switched from gyro ball to sheer force.
Steelix can't be made to be good anyway.

Nobody cares if you spent an average amount of time hunting a shiny. It's all about the insanity of either rolling a shiny out of nowhere or ritualistically smash your balls to show that you're balls are tough enough to take it.
