The only time GF and fan designs were close that I know of were the Paradox of Entei and Raikou, but the leeway is that there was a long time gap between Walking Wake and ID DLC, so easier to narrow down different dino designs.
Wasn't able to recall much of similar official and fan Megas around XY and ORAS.
