You can trade one from another game, you can't trade origin form or griseous orb in HGSS, you can only obtain it from the event

You can do it infinite times, I remember I had 2 systems where I just restarted and went to the Sinjoh ruins and spawned all of them and traded them over to my other system where I actually did the run.

The same way it makes sense that you can only get one of the Kanto Starters despite all three having Mega Evolutions.

Origin Giratina and the orb were not programmed in Diamond and Pearl
It's the same reason of why Rage Candy Bar is a key item instead a normal item in HGSS (not even programmed in Platinum)
