tough claws/rough skin should be incredibly obvious since they have big claws and are covered in spikes
this applies to both forms since they're pretty much just sidegrades for different weather types
the main problems with this mon are its terrible stats for a fully evolved pokemon (450 BST is pretty much par for NFEs in gen 9) and it having only one relevant ability because weather evasion abilities fucking suck and you're better off avoiding hits by outspeeding your opponent and knocking them out anyways
oh yeah also the fact that GF refuses to give actually impactful buffs to anything that isn't a shillmon
just have more moves that your mon won't be able to take advantage of because its moveset is genuinely the least of its problems
