Why didn't the SV uniforms look more like this? Why did they make them look as lame and ugly as possible?

In terms of le heckin skirts, I think there's some regulation on bike outfits in Japanese games because they made separate bike outfits in Alola, Galar, and BDSP, but I think it also might just be easier to model someone in pants straddling something than someone in a skirt. In terms of why you can't select pieces of the uniforms or why the scarlet uniforms are colored that's way, I don't know.
