Lots of references to basically every mario game, even obscure ones. Dialogue is sort of like the Mario and Luigi games.
It was made by Alpharad and his team (they also made the "too many types" hack). The story seems to be that Princess Peach is hosting a game where the winner (the person who collects all 8 power stars) gets their own Wish.
There is a video on alpharad's youtube channel if you want to see about it. The hack just dropped a few hours ago in his discord.
