Budew is a very cute Baby Pokémon. Also, it seems the Budew in that image is shown in a different art style to the other two Pokémon.

I really like the sense of progression with this evo line, which is great because it was a single stage that turned into a three stage line, There's some other single stage Pokémon who could use that treatment.

Roselia is a great design.
Budew looks like shit and as a pokemon it's fucking worthless.
Roserade suffers from gen 4 evo syndrome where they just gave it a job and a worse design (literally losing detail).
It really failed at making a new line where both preevo and evo look way worse than the original.

amazing grass line, even if grass/poison is a bit oversaturated. also one of the few justifiable babymons (wanting to give access to a certain mon, but it would be overkill to give to the player at the point we want to give it to them)
