The answer is, all of them, if they're caught and owned by someone and likely a fair chunk of wild ones would be safe to be around toddlers and babies, as they're not animals, thus don't see free easy meals, but rather little humans akin to their own offspring. Hell, one of Kangaskhan's 'dex entry makes note of a lost child being raised by a childless Kangaskhan, wild pokémon are just as likely to attempt to raise a lost child, than kill and eat it. Series isn't our world, stop trying to crapsack it like you did with this one.
