If you solo run any Pokémon game with just your starter and fight every single trainer, which one would you be the most overleveled?

Why that game in particular, and if possible, could you provide evidence?

XY, especially if you use the free Lucky Egg.
Even without it, the game hands EXP out like it's nothing and it uses the old formula. You will be overleveled without even trying.

Exp gained from over leveling is reduced so the Lucky Egg only ends up countering the xp reduction mechanic of Gen 5.
In Gen 6 you get a free Lucky Egg AND there is no such mechanic to penalize over leveling a mon. So the answer is either Delphox Greninja or Chesnaught.

I've only done starter only runs for gens 1-4, Infernape in Sinnoh would get the highest at 93, Followed by Swampert, Blastoise, and Feraligatr from my data.

Feraligatr being the lowest is pretty wild considering Gen 2 has 16 gyms and the strongest final fight.
