Like what's there to talk about with legends? All we've seen are new human characters and no new Pokemon like are we supposed to be talking about leaks? Are we supposed to talk about mega scrafty?

It just looks mid. Nobody asked for a game set entirely in lumiose and there's no thematic hook like the ancient past.
Plus like other said there's not even any new Pokémon nor a concrete release date

I'm excited for it anyway but the game design isn't particularly imaginative. First and foremost they're trying out real-time battling and the main focus of the game is easing players into it by having you battle up the tiers from Z Rank to A Rank. Otherwise there's going be a plotline to add some distraction from Pokemon catching and the new battle system but the story seems very small scale at this stage. The only gimmick beyond real-time battles to get people to buy this is the return of Mega Evolution and adding new Megas, which just makes me question whether I like Megas at all in comparison to alternate evolutions/regional forms. Legends Arceus is excellent so I'm willing to give the game a chance to win me over but I'm currently disappointed with the choices thus far.

There's nothing new to discuss because they're being very stingy about the new Mega Evolutions everyone cares about.
And EVEN THEN, we have no reason to be hype about them yet because all signs are pointing towards LZA having no abilities, effectively making Megas a glorified Super Saiyan form (even having a limited duration, which is how most Dragon Ball games implement the transformation) that can sometimes add to or change your type.
Thus, we can't actually be excited for these Megas until they're added to Champions primarily, with a hope that they'll be in Gen 10 as well, but most likely is that people will be excited to use these Megas in ROMhacks once all the bloatfests begin updating to include LZA and Gen 10 content.

Because of the retarded PR stunt GF pulled. It's like making a sequel of a beloved movie only to make it a DEIfest. The message comes before the game.
It's clear that they want to stay as far as possible from the Typhlosion rape jokes which is why they gave TWO spots for Johto starters. One is fine, but two is deliberate. "You must only like these two and not the other one, look they even have megas". Typhlosion is getting soft-erased simply because some dumbfuck at GF wrote some stupid jap yokai story with Typhlosion as the rapist. Typhlosion is being punished for being some employee's bestiality rape fetish.
Their message is loud and clear.

Well, Nintendo delayed the Switch 2, which mean Game Freak HAD to hit pause on the whole process, as L: Z-A was clearly meant to be shown off, then get its upgrade version shilled alongside the other game reveals for Switch 2 (the fact we HAVE the BL4 release date, but the Switch trailer for BL4 is a generic "we're coming to Switch when we finish" type thing confirms the whole system's release got pushed back). And as a result, they still yet haven't gone into the detail they usually go into for a game. It's best to treat now as if it was last year and they'd only revealed L: Z-A because we're not seeing another vid until end of May or early June, wherfe they'll then treat it as normal and start marketing it for launch.

Back in my day demos were a free disk with a couple of games saying "you bought this, so now you can enjoy this if you visit your local game shop". Now it looks like is a (probably) 100$ digital buy, where you bought the same old game with a different coat of paint, and with ideas that won't be in the real final product.
