>>57726801OP didn't define any criteria for "shitmon" besides BST
or depending on how you read it, no criteria at all.
Anyways yeah this will definitely help shitmons that really need the boost like Araquanid, Azumarill, Clefable, Alomomola, Pelipper, Polteageist, Weavile, Tinkaton, Corviknight, Gliscor, Slowking-Galar, Hatterene, and Garganacl without making titans like Regigas, Slaking, Goodra, Hoopa, Shaymin, Articuno, Glastrier, Mespirit, Regice, Regirock, and Virizion any more overpowered than they already are
Seriously though,
>>57726929 makes an important point
If you remove any sense of predictability from what possible sets a mon could be running, then the meta is just throwing shit at the wall until you win since meaningful decisions can only be made if you have sufficient knowledge.
Pokemon is a game of pure decision making rather than mechanical execution skill (like anything dependent on reflexes or precise inputs). Decisions only matter if you have at least some idea of what they do. If you don't, then the "decisions" might as well be mindless button mashing.
